As if reading isn’t enough of a challenge, Dewey’s Read-a-Thon hosts organize mini-challenges each hour. These are distractions, yes, but also help in building community among the hundreds who are on this quest.

The trouble is, all of these challenges appeal to me! But these take precious time away from reading. Perhaps one year I will only do the challenges and skip the reading . . . nah!
